Menu options for the week of May 1st

Breakfast options:

Breakfast bowl (layer of hash browns topped with choice of sausage, turkey bacon, or veggie sausage, eggs and cheese and served with salsa and sour cream on the side)

Red pepper spinach and goat cheese frittata

Mixed berry bread With your choice of pork sausage links or chicken sausage links

Lunch/dinner options with no side choices:

Loaded salad with garlic and herb shredded chicken ( mixed greens, carrots, tomato, cucumber, chicken, and mozzarella cheese) choice of ranch, homemade balsamic or red wine vinaigrette

Homemade chili with cornbread 

Spaghetti and meatballs with side salad (can substitute zucchini noodles if desired)

Lunch/dinner main dish options:

Meatball marinara subs

Honey glazed salmon

Malibu chicken ( teriyaki, chicken, topped with seared ham, pineapple, and melted mozzarella cheese)

Teriyaki chicken

Side dish options:

Roasted fingerling potatoes 

Finger food veggies 

Roasted sweet potatoes or regular potatoes

Fries (regular or sweet potato)

Rice – choice of basmati, brown, cauliflower, or wild rice

Broccoli

Green beans

Stir fry vegetables 

Side salad

Snack options:

Oatmeal chocolate chip protein balls

Veggies and ranch

Grapes cheese and crackers
