Breakfast options:

Apple spice Pancake breakfast with choice of sausage patty or turkey bacon

Chorizo and tomato frittata

bacon breakfast casserole with choice of regular bacon or turkey bacon. Hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese.

Lunch/dinner options with no side choices:

Pesto chicken over zucchini with sun dried tomatoes

Loaded Mac and cheese (homemade Mac and cheese stuffed with bacon and served with tomato and green onions on the side)

Tacos (soft or hard shell with choice of beef or turkey) served with lettuce tomato and cheese with black beans and mexi rice

Lunch/dinner main dish options:

Stuffed Chicken Marsala 

Baked herb tilapia

Island style turkey burger (teriyaki turkey burger topped with pineapple and mozzarella)

Side dish options:

Roasted sweet potatoes or roasted regular potatoes

Couscous

Mashed potatoes or mashed cauliflower 

Rice – choice of basmati, brown, cauliflower, or wild rice

Broccoli

Zucchini

Green beans

Side salad

Snack options:

Oatmeal chocolate chip protein balls
