Menu options for the week of November 9th

Hi Guys! Next week’s menu options are

Breakfast: All served with a piece of fruit

Protein pancakes, artichoke heart, olive, and goat cheese frittatas, zucchini bread, or oatmeal cranberry bars.


Lunch/Dinner:

Cheesy potato bake with sausage, onions, and peppers, sweet and sour chicken with stir fry veggies and rice (brown or basmati), creamy tomato spinach and chicken pasta, teriyaki chicken pita with side salad, lettuce wraps with your choice of ground turkey or ground beef served with steamed mixed vegetables.

Keto menu options

Cheese and spinach stuffed chicken, shepherd’s pie with avocado onion and mushroom topped with cauliflower mash,. Chicken fried rice with cauli rice, or lettuce wraps.

Lower carb options

Lettuce wraps, sweet and sour chicken, Mediterranean chicken with quinoa salad, or baked herb tilapia with power greens salad.
