Menu options for the week of May 15th

Breakfast options:

Breakfast stack (two mini waffles with choice of sausage, turkey bacon, or veggie sausage and an egg)

Sausage and onion breakfast casserole (sausage, onion, hash browns, egg and cheese)

Strawberry bread served with sausage links (choice of pork or chicken)

Lunch/dinner options with no side choices:

Stuffed acorn squash (choice of ground turkey, shredded chicken, or extra pumpkin seeds-quinoa and pumpkin seeds tossed in an apple cider vinaigrette topped with goat cheese)

Thai chicken wrap or salad (choice of tortilla or salad style – shredded chicken, mixed cabbage, shredded carrots, wonton strips and a homemade peanut sauce

Tomato, chicken, mozzarella pasta salad (bow tie pasta with chicken, tomato, mozzarella balls and spinach tossed in a homemade Parmesan balsamic vinaigrette 

Lunch/dinner main dish options:

Honey glazed sesame chicken

Open faced burgers (beef or turkey with sautéed onions and mushrooms with or without brown gravy

Bbq pork sandwiches (or sub a bed of coleslaw for the hoagie)

Honey glazed sesame salmon

Side dish options:

Roasted sweet potatoes 

Mashed potatoes or cauliflower 

Homemade potato salad 

Coleslaw 

Rice – choice of basmati, brown, cauliflower, or wild rice

Broccoli

Green beans

Brussel sprouts 

Snack options:

Oatmeal chocolate chip protein balls

Apple pie oatmeal cookies
