Menu options for the week of November 7th

Breakfast options:

Breakfast stack (regular or protein pancake with sausage patty, turkey bacon, veggie sausage, or chicken sausage links and an egg)

Denver style breakfast casserole – hash browns, ham, onion, peppers, cheese

Pumpkin bread

Lunch/dinner main dish options:

Teriyaki chicken

Sweet chili bbq meatballs

Island style burgers (turkey burger topped with pineapple, teriyaki sauce, and mozzarella cheese

Chicken Alfredo

Baked tilapia

Side dish options:

Fettuccine (or zucchini noodles) with Alfredo

Roasted potatoes 

Roasted sweet potatoes 

Couscous

Rice – choice of basmati, brown, or wild rice

Broccoli

Green beans

Stir fry veggies

Side salad

Snack options:

Oatmeal chocolate chip protein balls

Veggies and ranch

Homemade Lunchables (cheese, crackers, and salami)
