Breakfast casserole with potatoes, eggs, spinach, sausage and cheese
Banana applesauce muffins with or without walnuts
Lunch/Dinner:

Chicken tikka masala, ground beef or ground turkey or chicken fajita bowl, bbq pork sandwiches with potato salad and coleslaw, fish tacos with cabbage and lime served with cilantro lime rice and black beans


Keto menu options:

Garlic, herb, and cheese stuffed chicken with a bed of spinach
Bbq pulled pork with cauliflower mash and green beans
Fajita bowl with your choice of ground beef ground turkey or chicken
Homemade chicken salad over a bed of power greens.


Lower carb cleaner eating options:

Oven baked mojito lime chicken with quinoa salad and steamed veggie mix
Baked herb tilapia with power greens veggie mix or salad

Breakfast: All served with a piece of fruit

  • red pepper, spinach, and goat cheese frittatas
  • loaded breakfast potatoes
  • Blueberry bread.

Lunch/Dinner:

  • Loaded baked potato soup
  • Burgers with ground beef or ground turkey and your choice of regular fries, sweet potato fries, or side salad
  • Garlic, herb, and cheese stuffed chicken with roasted potatoes and corn on the cob
  • Chicken skewers with balsamic reduction served with finger food veggies (edamame, baby carrots, and cherry tomatoes)

Thanksgiving Food delivered Wednesday the 25th

Hi everyone! In efforts to help lighten your load for Thanksgiving I am going to be offering some Thanksgiving side dishes and desserts for delivery the day before Thanksgiving so that you don’t have to cook as much!

Side dishes:

  • Homemade stuffing made from Ezekiel bread with dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
  • Sweet potato casserole
  • Green bean and bacon casserole
  • Roasted butternut squash with brussel sprouts onion and dried cranberries

Dessert options:

  • Homemade pumpkin pie from roasted pumpkins.
  • Peach cobbler
  • Apple crisp

Cheesy potato bake with sausage, onions, and peppers, sweet and sour chicken with stir fry veggies and rice (brown or basmati), creamy tomato spinach and chicken pasta, teriyaki chicken pita with side salad, lettuce wraps with your choice of ground turkey or ground beef served with steamed mixed vegetables.

Cheese and spinach stuffed chicken, shepherd’s pie with avocado onion and mushroom topped with cauliflower mash,. Chicken fried rice with cauli rice, or lettuce wraps.

Lower carb options
