Hey everyone! This week for breakfast I’m doing banana raisin muffins or egg and sausage scramble with tortilla for breakfast burritos. As always all breakfasts come with a piece of fruit! For lunch and dinner options I have chicken marinara with spinach and pasta. Burgers with roasted sweet potato and broccoli. And meatballs with roasted potatoes and asparagus.

Menu for the week of April 6th
Hi everyone! For this week’s menu, the options I have for breakfast are loaded muffins (carrot, nuts, and seeds) or egg cups (eggs, sausage, peppers, onions with cheese on top) and all breakfasts are accompanied by a piece of fruit. Lunch and dinner options are chicken or steak fajitas with mexi rice and black beans, sweet potato chili (ground beef, sweet potatoes, black beans) served with cornbread muffins, or stirfry with chicken or steak and rice and veggies.

Hello there! I am so excited to be starting back into this venture here in Idaho! For those of you who do not know me, I ran a successful meal prep business when I lived in Atlanta, Georgia. I moved back to Idaho a little over three years ago after giving birth to my beautiful daughter Addy. I am finally at a place where it makes sense to bring this project back to life and then some!
