Cheesy kielbasa and broccoli skillet (Choice of pork or turkey kielbasa, broccoli, rice, tomato, onions, and cheddar cheese)

Stuffed bell peppers with choice of ground beef or turkey 

Chicken bacon ranch casserole (chicken bacon and broccoli tossed with ranch and with mozzarella)

One dollar per serving of charge for this meal only:

Steak fajita bowl made with seasoned steak strips, Spanish rice, black beans, fajita veggies and cheese served with tortillas, sour cream and salsa on the side

Lunch/dinner main dish options-two sides

Chicken bacon and ranch sandwiches 

Lemon pepper chicken

Caribbean jerk chicken

Side dish options:

Couscous
