Chili loaded baked potato (baked potato, home made chili, sautéed onions, cheese, sour cream and salsa on the side)

Homemade chili with cornbread 

Spaghetti and meatballs with side salad (can substitute zucchini noodles if desired)

Lunch/dinner main dish options:

Honey glazed salmon

Teriyaki chicken

Side dish options:

Roasted fingerling potatoes 

Finger food veggies
