Menu options for the week of February 13th

Breakfast options:

Pumpkin spice pancakes with choice of sausage patty, turkey bacon, chicken sausage links, or veggie sausage patty 

Denver style breakfast casserole (ham, onion, bell peppers, hashbrowns, eggs, cheddar)

Lunch/dinner options with no side choices:

Stuffed acorn squash quinoa, pumpkin seeds, and goat cheese tossed in an apple cider vinaigrette (choice of ground turkey, shredded chicken, or extra pumpkin seeds)
