Protein Pancake breakfast with choice of sausage patty or turkey bacon (egg, pancake, and meat)

Denver style frittata

Biscuit and gravy casserole

Lunch/dinner options with no side choices:

Chicken and wild rice soup

Stuffed spaghetti squash (spaghetti squash with garlic, tomato, chicken breast, and mozzarella cheese)

Creamy garlic and chicken pasta (shell pasta , herb chicken, spinach and garlic in a garlic cream sauce.)

Lunch/dinner main dish options:

Baked herb chicken

Swedish meatballs

Cheeseburger sliders on Hawaiian rolls

Spinach and cheese stuffed chicken

Side dish options:

Roasted sweet potatoes 

Roasted potatoes

Regular or sweet potato fries

Rice – choice of basmati, brown, cauliflower, or wild rice
