Menu options for the week of September 27th

Breakfast:

Potato and apple hash (diced granny Smith apples, onion, your choice of regular or sweet potatoes) with your choice of sausage links, chicken sausage links, or turkey bacon served with a fried egg on top, strawberry bread with a vanilla glaze and slivered almonds, or biscuit and gravy casserole.

Lunch/Dinner:

Honey garlic glazed chicken with broccoli and your choice of basmati or brown rice, bbq bacon cheeseburger with regular or sweet potato fries, or chicken parmesan with spaghetti and marinara.

Keto options:

Chicken parmesan with zucchini noodles and marinara, bbq bacon cheeseburger served own faced with a bed of greens, or honey garlic glazed meatballs served with cauliflower mash and broccoli.

Lower carb/cleaner eating options:

Honey garlic glazed salmon served with brown rice and broccoli, homemade chicken salad served with a bed of greens or open face Island inspired turkey burgers served fresh finger food veggies.

Vegetarian options:

Honey garlic glazed cauliflower bites served with fresh finger food veggies, Tuscan lentil “burgers” over kale with a lemon vinaigrette served with a roasted sweet potato, black bean, and corn medley, or veggie marinara over regular spaghetti noodles, zucchini noodles, or spaghetti squash.
