Breakfast options:

‘Strawberry Cheesecake’ French Toast Casserole (think stuffed french toast as a casserole 😋), breakfast stack with protein pancake, egg, and your choice of sausage patty or turkey bacon, or loaded breakfast potatoes ( roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon and cheese)

Lunch/dinner options:

Creamy chicken, spinach, and gnocchi soup, pesto chicken and broccoli pasta (with or without sun dried tomatoes), or philly cheese steak sandwiches with your choice of regular or sweet potato fries or side salad.

Keto options:

Creamy chicken soup with spinach and zucchini, Philly cheese steak casserole, or garlic and herb stuffed chicken with a bed of greens.

Lower carb/ cleaner eating options:

Lemon pepper chicken with brown or basmati rice and broccoli, baked herb tilapia with wild rice and green beans, or loaded salad with your choice of chicken, tilapia, or tuna ( greens, protein of choice, tomato, cucumber, carrots and sunflower seeds with ranch, homemade balsamic vinaigrette or homemade red wine vinaigrette)

Vegetarian options:

Hi everyone! I wanted to let everyone know I have added a pricing category for those of you who have been interested in ensuring organic ingredients in your meals 🙂 I try to use organic as much as possible and for the most part on my vegetables I already do organic but the meat is not organic for regular pricing. So I wanted to include a couple of options for those of you who have been interested in that!

Upgrade meals to include organic meat: when serving one $12 per serving. To serve two to four $10 per serving. To serve five or more $7/ serving.

Upgrade meals to completely organic ingredients across the board: when serving one $12.50 per serving. To serve two to four $10.50 per serving. To serve five or more $7.50/ serving.

Potato and apple hash (diced granny Smith apples, onion, your choice of regular or sweet potatoes) with your choice of sausage links, chicken sausage links, or turkey bacon served with a fried egg on top, strawberry bread with a vanilla glaze and slivered almonds, or biscuit and gravy casserole.

Lunch/Dinner:

Honey garlic glazed chicken with broccoli and your choice of basmati or brown rice, bbq bacon cheeseburger with regular or sweet potato fries, or chicken parmesan with spaghetti and marinara.

Keto options:

Chicken parmesan with zucchini noodles and marinara, bbq bacon cheeseburger served own faced with a bed of greens, or honey garlic glazed meatballs served with cauliflower mash and broccoli.

Lower carb/cleaner eating options:

Honey garlic glazed salmon served with brown rice and broccoli, homemade chicken salad served with a bed of greens or open face Island inspired turkey burgers served fresh finger food veggies.

Vegetarian options:

Honey garlic glazed cauliflower bites served with fresh finger food veggies, Tuscan lentil “burgers” over kale with a lemon vinaigrette served with a roasted sweet potato, black bean, and corn medley, or veggie marinara over regular spaghetti noodles, zucchini noodles, or spaghetti squash.

Cheese and spinach stuffed chicken with greens, shepherd’s pie with your choice of beef or turkey with avocado onion and mushroom topped with cauliflower mash, or creamy tomato spinach and chicken over a bed or spinach.

Lettuce wraps with ground turkey or chicken, zucchini pizza boats (with your choice of pepperoni or barbecue chicken and bacon) or baked herb tilapia with power greens salad.
