Breakfast options

Loaded breakfast potatoes (roasted potatoes topped with scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and cheddar cheese served with sour cream and salsa), red pepper spinach and goat cheese frittatas, French toast bake with your choice of apples, blueberries, or strawberries.

Lunch / dinner options

Sesame teriyaki glazed hand rolled meat balls (your choice of turkey or beef and can be made gluten free) served with your choice of basmati or brown rice and a spinach side salad, chicken stir fry with your choice of brown or basmati rice, homemade chicken alfredo served with broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes drizzled in olive oil.


Keto menu options

Sesame teriyaki glazed hand rolled meat balls (your choice of turkey or beef and can be made gluten free) served with cauliflower rice and a spinach side salad, homemade chicken alfredo served over zucchini noodles with broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes drizzled in olive oil, or spinach and cheese stuffed chicken served with cauliflower mash and green beans.

Lower carb/cleaner eating options

Lemon pepper chicken breast served with wild rice and brussel sprouts, open-faced Island inspired turkey burgers (topped with teriyaki, pineapple, and mozzarella cheese) served with roasted regular or sweet potatoes and broccoli, or baked tilapia served with roasted regular or sweet potatoes and mixed veggies.

Breakfast stack (protein pancakes topped with sausage patty or turkey bacon and egg served with syrup on the side), blueberry bread with or without protein, bacon egg and cheese scramble, or glazed oatmeal spice bars

Lunch / Dinner Options

Spaghetti with meatballs served with a spinach side salad, tacos with your choice of ground beef or ground turkey with soft or hard shells (comes with meat, beans, cheese, lettuce and tomato), or burgers ( beef or turkey) served with roasted beets with goat cheese.
