Menu options for the week of April 19th

Breakfast options

Lunch / dinner options

Sesame teriyaki glazed hand rolled meat balls (your choice of turkey or beef and can be made gluten free) served with your choice of basmati or brown rice and a spinach side salad, hamburgers made with either beef or turkey served with all the fixings and regular or sweet potato fries or a side salad, homemade chicken alfredo served with broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes drizzled in olive oil.


Keto menu options

Sesame teriyaki glazed hand rolled meat balls (your choice of turkey or beef and can be made gluten free) served with cauliflower rice and a spinach side salad, homemade chicken alfredo served over zucchini noodles with broccoli and sun-dried tomatoes drizzled in olive oil, or garlic, herb, and cheese stuffed chicken served with cauliflower mash and green beans.

Lower carb/cleaner eating options

Lemon pepper chicken breast served with wild rice and brussel sprouts, open-faced Island inspired turkey burgers (topped with teriyaki, pineapple, and mozzarella cheese) served with roasted regular or sweet potatoes and broccoli or green beans, or baked tilapia fish tacos served with your choice of black beans or pinto beans and cilantro lime rice made with your choice of basmati or brown rice.

Vegetarian options
