Breakfast: All served with a piece of fruit
Protein pancakes, apple spice muffins, ham, bell pepper and onion frittata, or red pepper and spinach egg cups topped with goat cheese.
Lunch/Dinner:
Sweet and sour pork served with fried rice, swedish meatballs with roasted potatoes and green beans, barbecue chicken served with mac and cheese and broccoli, or taco salad served with your choice of ground beef, ground turkey, or shredded chicken.
Keto lunch/dinner options:
Sweet and sour pork served with cauliflower fried rice, swedish meatballs served with cauliflower mash and green beans, barbecue chicken casserole, taco salad served with your choice of ground beef, ground turkey, or shredded chicken.
Lower carb / cleaner eating options:
Loaded salad with your choice of chicken or tilapia, baked herb tilapia with couscous and broccoli, or herb chicken with quinoa salad.
Vegetarian lunch/dinner options:
Sweet and sour chickpeas and vegetables, roasted root vegetable blend served with a bed of brown rice, or taco salad with tofu.
