Breakfast: All served with a piece of fruit

Protein pancakes
Breakfast casserole with potatoes, eggs, spinach, sausage and cheese
Banana applesauce muffins with or without walnuts
Lunch/Dinner:

Chicken tikka masala, ground beef or ground turkey or chicken fajita bowl, bbq pork sandwiches with potato salad and coleslaw, fish tacos with cabbage and lime served with cilantro lime rice and black beans


Keto menu options:

Garlic, herb, and cheese stuffed chicken with a bed of spinach
Bbq pulled pork with cauliflower mash and green beans
Fajita bowl with your choice of ground beef ground turkey or chicken
Homemade chicken salad over a bed of power greens.


Lower carb cleaner eating options:

Oven baked mojito lime chicken with quinoa salad and steamed veggie mix
Baked herb tilapia with power greens veggie mix or salad
