Menu options for the week of November 2nd

Hi Guys! Next week’s menu options are

Breakfast: All served with a piece of fruit

Protein pancakes, apple spice muffins, ham, bell pepper and onion frittata, or red pepper and spinach egg cups topped with goat cheese.


Lunch/Dinner:

Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans, chicken tikka masala, sweet potato and black bean chili (your choice of ground beef, ground turkey, or extra sweet potato and black beans) served with cornbread, build your own pizza ready to bake (homemade pizza dough topped with your choice of pepperoni, salami, ham, sausage, onions, Bell pepper, olives, pineapple, mushrooms, and of course mozzarella and parmesan cheese), or tomato bisque with grilled cheese (great seed organic bread and cheddar cheese -assembly and cooking required)
