Menu for the week of October 26th

Hi Guys! Next week’s menu options are

Breakfast: All served with a piece of fruit

Protein pancakes, pumpkin pecan bread, chorizo and tomato frittata, or loaded breakfast potatoes with turkey bacon.


Lunch/Dinner:

Spaghetti with ground beef or ground turkey (also with regular or zucchini noodle options), stuffed cabbage rolls with either ground beef or ground turkey, Taco salad with ground beef, ground turkey, or shredded chicken, Lasagna with ground beef or ground turkey served with a side salad, and Chicken Biryani
