Breakfast: All served with a piece of fruit
Protein pancakes, pumpkin seed zucchini muffins, roasted red pepper with spinach and goat cheese frittata, or oatmeal raisin bars
Lunch/Dinner:
Spinach and cheese stuffed chicken breast with broccoli and roasted sweet potatoes, loaded avocados (rice and choice of ground beef or turkey with onions and peppers over diced avocado topped with cheese), philly style sandwiches with your choice of regular or sweet potato fries or a side salad, or mediterranean chicken with quinoa salad.
