Breakfast: All served with a piece of fruit
Protein pancakes, loaded breakfast potatoes, Fruit and granola yogurt parfait, or chorizo and tomato frittata.
Lunch/Dinner:
Swedish meatballs with roasted potatoes and green beans, lemon pepper chicken with wild rice and broccoli, Mediterranean chicken with quinoa salad, or stuffed bell peppers with your choice of ground beef or turkey.
