Menu options for the week of September 28th

Hi Guys! Next week’s menu options are

Breakfast: All served with a piece of fruit

Protein pancakes, fresh fruit and granola yogurt parfait, carrot orange breakfast muffins, spinach and tomato frittata, or oatmeal cranberry breakfast bars

Lunch/Dinner:

Swedish meatballs with egg noodles and spinach salad on the side, teriyaki chicken with fried rice, street style tacos with ground beef shredded chicken or steak served with rice and beans and lettuce, marinara chicken with spaghetti on a bed of spinach, or bbq pork sandwiches with homemade potato salad and coleslaw.

Hi Guys! Next week’s menu options are

Breakfast: All served with a piece of fruit

Protein pancakes (with the option to have your serving of fruit as fresh chopped strawberries for on top), loaded breakfast potatoes (roasted potatoes smothered with caramelized onions, cheddar cheese,scrambled eggs, crumbled turkey bacon, and served with sour cream and salsa) loaded oatmeal, or spinach, red pepper, and goat cheese frittata.

Lunch/Dinner:

Mediterranean chicken with quinoa salad, fajita Rice bowl with your choice of ground beef, ground turkey, or chicken, teriyaki chicken stir fry, home made pizza roll ups (pepperoni and cheese or hawaiian), or hummus, turkey, and goat cheese wraps with homemade regular or sweet potato fries.

Protein pancakes, sausage and potato breakfast scramble, loaded oatmeal, or sausage feta and kale frittata.

Lunch/Dinner:

Spinach salad with Turkey, strawberry, and goat cheese served with red wine vinaigrette, Meatloaf (beef or ground turkey) with red sauce mashed potatoes and green beans.  Garlic and herb chicken with couscous and power greens.  Taco salad with ground beef, ground turkey, or chicken. Hawaiian inspired burger patty (beef or turkey) topped with Caramelized onions, pineapple and mozzarella served with a zesty quinoa salad
