Protein pancakes, Loaded oatmeal, Sausage breakfast burrito, Fruit and granola yogurt parfait, or Spinach, red pepper, and goat cheese frittata.
Mexican inspired chicken and rice skillet, Roasted red pepper and tomato soup with chicken rice and black beans, Red lentil Dahl with brown rice, Thai chicken coconut curry, and chicken or steak fajita bowl (with tortilla on the side).
